What do I do if I loose connection to the internet?
A: The best thing to do
is to Unplug your Cisco 67x Modem for about 10 seconds, and plug
it back in. If that dosen't work or you have an internal modem restart
your computer. If this does notsolve your problem please call our

experienced staff will be more than happy to help you. If we are
not in the office you can also call Qwest DSL Tech Support 1-800-247-7285

I Don't Believe I'm Getting The Speed I'm Paying For, How Can
I Test It?
A: DSL speeds are not consistent
through the Internet because of other website limitations. We cannot
be responsible for speeds outside our network. To test the speed
from us to you, click here.

How come my connection drops off even though I have Deluxe service?
A: DSL is a non-guaranteed
service. DSL is also affected by the weather, ie. snow, rain, and
wind.
