Q: What do I do if I lose connection to the internet?
A: The best thing to do
is to unplug your Modem for about 10 seconds, and plug
it back in. If that dosen't work or you have an internal modem restart
your computer. If this does not solve your problem please call our

experienced staff will be more than happy to help you.

I Don't Believe I'm Getting The Speed I'm Paying For, How Can
I Test It?
A: DSL speeds are not consistent
through the Internet because of other website limitations. We cannot
be responsible for speeds outside our network. To test the speed
