Directories Accessible
by FTP
The directories listed below are contained
in websites hosted by lonetree, and are accessible by FTP.
Depending on the payment plan you will have some or all of these
directories.

Description |
| Anonymous
|
This
directory is the location for the anonymous ftp area of the
site. This is the main ftp area. When you first log into your
site via ftp, you will be in this directory. |
| Admin |
This
directory is the top level directory to the website. From here
you should be able to see all of the other subdirectories. |
| Stage |
This
is the staging area for your site. You can test new looks, new
databases, and scripts here. The URL for the staging area for
the site is http://stage.yoursite.com |
| Html |
This
is the location of the website's pages, or html pages. The site's
index file should be named default.htm. |
| Stats |
Location
of the raw server log files of the website. Log contains information
on the website traffic. |
| Mail |
This
directory contains the web-based email template files. *Note:
This is an optional feature and not standard on the current
plans. |
| DB |
This
directory is for database files. When requesting ODBC data link
from lonetree the files must be placed here. |
